Google Pay transactions

Google Pay offers a contactless, secure payment solution for Android users. Through LightPOS 2.0, Google Pay allows customers to make payments using their Android devices with NFC functionality, eliminating the need for physical cards.

How it works

  1. Initiate payment. Select the “Payment” option in the LightPOS 2.0 app and enter the transaction amount.
  2. Google Pay authorization:
    • The customer places their Android device near the NFC antenna on your device.
    • Authentication is completed via fingerprint, face recognition, or passcode.
  3. Transaction completion. After authentication, the transaction is processed instantly, and a success confirmation appears.
  4. Receipt options. Provide a receipt on screen or send it to the customer’s email.
